We have lived an unexpected, and chronic event: the COVID-19 pandemic. The workshop seeks to restore a sense of community after periods of social isolation, and relate in a different way - through body awareness, reflective conversations, sound immersion, and dance.

This workshop is also for my self and for people who have been disconnected to their bodies because of stress, anxiety, depression, or a traumatic event (related or unrelated to the pandemic). It's a space to observe and share our experience, in an explorative and communal way.

Finally, I created this workshop to simply feel safe together, and feel supported by one another.
